For over 15 years, Scott has had an obsession for helping businesses get what they want. Scott started as an Enterprise Performance Management consultant designing and implementing PeopleSoft’s Performance Management Suite for the likes of Toyota Motor Manufacturing and Entergy Power. As much as he enjoyed the challenge of the large corporate projects, the ability to have a positive impact on small businesses was a bigger draw. For the last 10 years, he has worked with hundreds of small businesses mainly throughout the Southeast and a common pattern emerged. 

He noticed the frustrations of small business owners fall into one of five categories:
1. Lack of Control – They feel the business is running them
2. Lack of Profit – The bottom line results don’t match their effort
3. People – Employees, customers, vendors, partners – they just don’t listen
4. Hitting the Ceiling – Can’t break through current situation
5. Nothing is Working – Reading all the books, changed course each month

Scott was introduced to the EOS Process through a friend. After reading Traction, he knew this was the system that could help any business looking to improve. He signed up for EOS Boot Camp and became a Professional Implementer in November of 2014. He has found the EOS Process is even more powerful than first thought due to the simple, practical tools that allow for rapid implementation and improvement.
