Robert Brandofino will present "Tuning Bar Spreadsheet"

The Tuning Bar is a "no-cost" reporting tool, that is a Visual Information Radiator (VIR, think Kanban), that can immediately, within 30 seconds, demonstrate current status of all projects within any program. As such the Tuning Bar is based on the Agile bed rock principle of Transparency, Inspect-ability and Adaptability (TIA). As a VIR the Tuning Bar instantly visualizes your entire workflow, makes program/project policies explicit, limits/controls work in progress, manages flow and provides feedback loops.

Keep in mind that Dr. Jeff Sutherland, who created Scrum, has emphatically stated that Gantt charts, including MSProject, are 100 year old technologies, used by Henry Ford. The Tuning Bar is a reporting tool that utilizes today's technologies (links/tweets), using accepted best case business standards (security access/stop-light-charts/Calendar/repository management/MSOffice) within Common Sense Management (CSM) principles, supporting a global industry accepted MS PowerPoint reporting standard/practice.

The Tuning Bar VIR presents visually, immediately (understood by all, no up-training required) and explicitly - "where we are now", "who is doing what", and "when it will be delivered" for all Sprints, PIs or an Enterprise-wide programs.
