PMP Exam Prep Course

This course will help students prepare for exam success. During the past three years, the North Alabama PMI Chapter PMP Prep Course has established a PMP certification test first attempt passage rate of >95%. The Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) is completely covered and thoroughly explained, which is needed to pass the PMP® certification exam. The instructors are certified PMP®s who will share their personal “lessons learned” to better prepare students to pass the exam.

Course includes:
 
  • Key information from all 13 chapters in the PMBOK® Guide
  • PMI specific terms, definitions, and formulas
  • Professional Responsibility, which is not addressed in the PMBOK Guide but is required for the exam
  • Tips and tricks for understanding the significance of information needed for the exam
  • Strategies for approaching exam questions, pitfalls to avoid, utilizing example questions

  • Rita Mulcahey’s PMP Exam Prep, Ninth Edition

 

This course is taught at a Huntsville facility in 35 hours of class time, which meets PMI’s PMP exam requirement for 35 contact hours of project management education. Registration will be $925 (for non-members) or $800 (for members) of both PMI and PMI-NAC. All memberships for PMI and PMI-NAC will be validated before the start of the course. (Minimum class size is 10 students.)
